En relaci\u00f3n a esto Edurne Baptista desarroll\u00f3 algunas razones por las cuales se puede producir esta falta de suministro de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. Destacando que el 50 % del consumo en nuestro pa\u00eds pertenece al AMBA y a las grandes ciudades y definiendo al plan de contingencia por parte del Gobierno Nacional como &#8220;<strong><em>Un plan muy poco eficiente en t\u00e9rminos energ\u00e9ticos , ambientales y &nbsp;econ\u00f3micos.  Un manotazo de ahogado en vistas de la cercan\u00eda del verano&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno est\u00e1 preparando un plan de contingencia que consiste en pagarles a las empresas privadas y usar maquinas cuya alta efectividad no est\u00e1 garantizada. Se trata de una remuneraci\u00f3n  para que las empresas  reutilicen  maquinas viejas y  el ofrecimiento de una bonificaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica extra  a las grandes industrias que reduzcan el consumo en momentos de picos de calor. Adem\u00e1s, el plan tambi\u00e9n incluye unidades m\u00f3viles de generaci\u00f3n muy ineficientes. Tambi\u00e9n  anticip\u00f3 que la central nuclear entra en etapa de mantenimiento para alargarle la duraci\u00f3n por lo tanto dejara de estar en circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dra.
