Agradecemos a Miguel Barreda, a la radio Ferroviaria y al programa De la Colmena al Gallinero por facilitarnos la entrevista que nos permiti\u00f3 redactar esta nota.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walter Robledo es uno de los integrantes de la <strong>Finca Robledo &#8211; Balzarini<\/strong> de Villa de Soto que en febrero comienza la tarea de la vendimia. En un a\u00f1o excepcional, debido a la cantidad de lluvia&nbsp; que recibieron las vides desde septiembre a la fecha,&nbsp;aunque siempre el agua es bienvenida en esta zona, las importantes precipitaciones de enero retrasaron la cosecha, que acostumbran a realizar a mediados de enero. Adem\u00e1s, las uvas se han hidratado mucho lo que provoca una disminuci\u00f3n en su az\u00facar. A pesar de lo cual, esperan llegar a los 240 gramos de kilo por fruta&nbsp; de az\u00facar para poder tener en bodega un rendimiento en vino que tenga 14 grados de alcohol o m\u00e1s. Producen &nbsp;un vino natural que se diferencia del org\u00e1nico en que no tiene ning\u00fan aditamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su due\u00f1o prefiere ver el vaso medio lleno y dice: \u201cLo bueno es que al estar tan hidratada la uva se producir\u00e1 m\u00e1s cantidad de vino\u201d. El mismo alcanzar\u00e1, cree, los 13.5 grados de alcohol. Poseen dos hect\u00e1reas cultivadas con variedades Malbec, Cabernet Souvignon y Pinot Noir. Y de Cruz del Eje trae la variedad Syrah que tambi\u00e9n procesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un continuo proceso de mejoramiento del procesado para elaborar vino, en septiembre del a\u00f1o 2024 se pudo poner en guarda en barricas de roble 250 litros de variedad Malbec embotellado despu\u00e9s de 12 meses tras lo cual se logr\u00f3 un Malbec Gran Reserva roble exquisito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robledo considera que en esta regi\u00f3n del Chaco semi\u00e1rido se tiene una gran oportunidad en esta industria porque el ambiente es muy amigable para iniciar esta actividad con pocas hect\u00e1reas. Es el segundo a\u00f1o que lleva estos vinos a catas a ciegas en el INTA de Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo y \u00e9stos fueron colocados al nivel de los vinos de Cafayate, del Esteco y del mismo Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo. El rendimiento es interesante y la ganancia tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha formado un equipo de trabajo excelente que realiza todas las tareas necesarias con respecto al control de hongos, hormigas y en general todo lo necesario para conseguir un buen producto sin la utilizaci\u00f3n de agroqu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspira contribuir a la recuperaci\u00f3n de la cultura del vino, que hace d\u00e9cadas existi\u00f3 en el arco noroeste. Invita a quienes quieran acercarse a&nbsp; la finca los s\u00e1bados por la tarde para hacer una cata de vinos y aprender sobre ellos.&nbsp; Para eso comunicarse a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finca-robledo-balzarini.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.finca-robledo-balzarini.com\/\">https:\/\/www.finca-robledo-balzarini.com\/<\/a> e<strong> <\/strong>invita a &nbsp;para el 14 de marzo a la Tercera Fiesta de la Vid y del Vino en la finca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mat\u00edas Bonetto tambi\u00e9n es vitivinicultor y en Las Playas, en la <strong>finca Bodem S.R.L.<\/strong>,&nbsp; espera igualmente a que cesen las lluvias para iniciar la vendimia 2026.&nbsp; Cultivan en 5 hect\u00e1reas, de las cuales tres y medias son de uva Malbec y el resto de Cabernet Souvignon y Syrah. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 experimentando otras variedades como Merlot por ejemplo. Para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o piensa reconvertir parte del Malbec en&nbsp; uva blanca y Cabernet Franc entre otras, v\u00eda injertos o reposici\u00f3n de plantas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una tarea incesante de experimentaci\u00f3n con variedades nuevas para la regi\u00f3n, relata que la vendimia generalmente comienza por las plantas ubicadas en los costados que &nbsp;son las primeras atacadas por los p\u00e1jaros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El rinde al que apuntan es el de los 7 u 8 mil kilogramos por hect\u00e1rea con lo cual se consigue una buena cantidad de vino, que mantiene el est\u00e1ndar y la calidad. La producci\u00f3n es de un litro de vino por &nbsp;dos kilos de uva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como informa una nota de Bichos de Campo del a\u00f1o 2021 una aventura que comenz\u00f3 pensando en la producci\u00f3n de alfalfa y deriv\u00f3 en la elaboraci\u00f3n de los primeros vinos de Cruz del Eje, donde en los a\u00f1os 70 supo haber una pujante bodega que produc\u00eda vinos blancos gen\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sue\u00f1o que contin\u00faa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El noroeste cordob\u00e9s intenta &#8220;jugar en primera&#8221; con la producci\u00f3n de vinos Por Graciela Gonano.
